How is my ICP set up?
You paste your website URL and Prospector infers your ideal customer. You review, edit, and confirm before any runs happen. We can also set it up for you.
Where do the leads come from?
Live search data and public business listings, not a static database. Every run searches fresh for businesses matching your market and categories.
What does the scoring actually do?
Our scoring model reads each business's public site and listing data, then scores it 0-100 against your ICP. Results are labeled A, B, or C so you know which contacts to work first. The reasoning is shown for every lead.
Is the allowance weekly or monthly?
Monthly. Digests can arrive weekly, but the cap is enforced per month. Standalone is 100 leads per month. Care Plan holders get an allowance that scales with their tier; see apps.laicos.com for the breakdown.
What markets are supported?
Any market you name. Results depend on how many matching businesses are publicly listed in that area, so dense urban categories return more than narrow rural ones.
Can I cancel?
